The online communication is annoying since I knew it was completely innacurate. The runway auto staff refused to communicate except through the online service. When I told this to one of he staff they just grinned at me
The final cost was almost twice their estimate.

The only comment I have is that the automated email system told me my car wouldn’t be ready until 4 work days later than when it was ready, you should make sure your emails match the true delivery date and what is verbally told customers as it was confusing.
