Thank you for fixing the dent in my car. However, the driver side door now is difficult to open. It takes several times pulling on the handle and unlocking the drivers side door to open and on several occasions I have been unable to exit the car from the driver side door and needed to use the passenger side door instead. I feel this is a significantly more serious safety problem than the issue I brought in to get repaired. I did speak with someone about having this repaired.

Runway Auto was very professional in the handling of my repair work on my car due to an accident. They ensured all work is guaranteed and to call if any problems arise. The automated text notification system is awful. I was told my car wouldn't be ready until 4/22, 5:15. I would have never known that wasn't the case if Geico hadn't called my husband on 4/17 (who they weren't supposed to contact for the car, but that's a whole other issue) and he somehow was able get enough cell service while training in the southern California desert to get a text to me letting me know. I had to cancel my CPR class I was teaching and race from Milton to try to get there. I arrived around 5:15pm and the place was deserted. Not a soul in sight. So I had to wait 2 extra days to get my vehicle. Please fix this system.
