Most importantly, the paint matched and ther Repair was acceptable. But the customer service ws quite poor. The receptionists were not welcoming and seemed unconvinced to help me pick up my car, they were confused on the insurance billing and I had to explain it to them, it took 15min after things were settled for the office to figure out how to get my car and drive it around so I could leave and get back to work, ridiculous

Actually I am pretty satisfied with the body work, which restored my car to its previous condition. The only thing that I want to point out is: I expect a full detail to be performed on my car after the body work is completed, but it seems that only a car wash and interior vacuum was done. I had several times of body work experience at other car body shops and every time I got a full detail, which includes car wash, waxing, interior polish, etc. So I think this is something you guys can improve. But anyway, I am very happy on the body work itself.
