The only problem is with the delivery estimation. I was told Friday, then phoned to get an idea of time. The agent told me it was actually going to be the following Tuesday so I changed plans. At 1pm on Friday I got a call to say it was ready, so I had to change plans again.
The work was great, but the communication could be better.
Superb customer service all the way around! Greatly satisfied!

Everyone was very professional and friendly even including the rental car guys. I do want to point out , however, the estimators assistant didn't spot on the scratch on the plastic bumper to begin with. It was Hector who pointed out when we dropped the car for the repair.
