George ****, my svc adviser, was outstanding. He was professional, personable, and thorough in his explanation of the process. He delivered on his comittment to keep me informed of the repairs progress & estimated completion date. I would also like to add positive comments about Jessica (I think that was her name) who greeted me @ the front desk during the drop-off & pick-up of my car. She pleasantly walked me the final paperwork & after care of the car. I would definitely give Svc King Mt View high ratings based on this experience!!! Excellent staff & my car looks fabulous.

Everything was great until they asked for final payment and it was 10% more than quoted. No one ever called and asked I was ok with that before the work was done.
What’s worse is to make up for it the rep first reduced the Labour charge to make up for 5% then again another 5%. But only after I asked once and then again. What if I never asked? What happens to the elderly lady who doesn’t ask and is to nice not to ask?
Gosh, how much better could it have been if the rep said, “Turns our the part was more than we estimated. But we decided to reduce the labour charge to meet our original estimate.”
Same result. Different review.
