The only glitch was I called to tell the Sunday crew on Sept 14, that I would not be my car in on Sept. 15 because I was called out of town. I wanted to change my date to Sept. 22.
However, when I arrived Sept. 22 Joel and the team that MOnday morning had no idea I was coming. Some communication was missed or dropped. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you,

Car West was a great customer experience. The ONLY blemish was that the rental car was not very clean - in particular the rear windows were really too streaky. Too dangerous for night driving. Nevertheless, I would use Car West again in a heart beat. I was never left hanging, treated with complete courtesy and consideration. People were warm, friendly and seemed to know their job really well.

95% satisfied. Will be 100% satisfied when I return in 30 days for a check of the paint and detail of the car and removal of a scratch that was not there prior too initial work. Both guys Joel and shop manager were very professional and reassuring this would be taken care. Rental was a breeze. Front desk employee was very pleasant and helpful.
