I asked them to fix additional body damage that wasn't in the claim. I was willing to pay for it I just want it fixed. When I went to pick up the van the repairs weren't done. When asked why he said he didn't want to fix it w/o out approval but I had given approval verbally when I dropped off van. And even at that point he didn't apologize or offer to keep it and fix it. It would have been so convenient for me to just leave it then and keep the rental van. I called him on the poor customer service and asked why he didn't want the work? He still didn't offer to fix it! Very frustrated !!

FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY.
This is the 2nd time we have used Arseen, and the 2nd time just as good as the first. Stephen and Bill were excellent, good humored and took care of needs, as well as being able to waive deductibles and those small 'fix it' items. I especially liked how clean my car was when I picked it up (interior and exterior). Thank you for giving that little bit extra.
