The service was very disappointing. Below are the issues, that I've noticed...
****) One rim had a deep nick it and was supposed to be repaired, but was not repaired.
2) Damaged tires were to be replaced, and the replacements do not match the originals. This is very important, as they were specifically chosen for my driving requirements (i.e. snow and ice).
3) The cables within the trunk are exposed, and no longer covered.
I look forward to getting this all remedied.

I arrived near 5pm the day my van was to be ready, and as I pulled in I could see my van in the lot and it still didn't have the new bumper attached. I waited in the Lobby area seeing other customers literally pull up and be seen by a representative within minutes and be off in their vehicles. No one went over the repairs done on my vehicle, I was left feeling forgotten and when my van was pulled around it was nearly 6pm and the staff still present looked annoyed with me that they had to wait behind when I was the one waiting for my vehicle. Top it off I think I am now having electrical issues with the lights on the quarter panel that was worked on.
