The time I spent in the office was minimum, I was service greatly and had everything explained to me step by step by Robert Carrasquillo. The Enterprise experience was greatly appreciated I had the rental within minutes from arriving at the shop, and last but not least the Geico representative was very informative and helpful. The way my car looks, it does not even look like it was in accident. C & W did a phenomenal job.

Amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, as I pulled my car into the shop, they actually greeted me by my name — so impressive and started everything on the right foot. Then my Geico representative was outstanding, the representative from enterprise to help me get a car was great, smiles from everybody that worked there — even the text message updates I would receive were completely unexpected. Without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had at a body shop or even a dealership. My hats off to everybody involved in the process and to the leadership who obviously came up with a dynamite customer service model that works like a charm. Oh, and the repair of my car, well it basically looks brand new. ??????????
