Katherine saved me some $$$ in her approach to planning my repairs, Robert kept me fully informed of the progress of the repair, and Haley located an alternative rental car for me, one that I felt more comfortable driving. My only complaint is I was given the wrong Record with a Repair Order # 72619 supposedly to be for Jose Sanchez. Please send mine ASAP. The representative
even asked my name before she handed me the papers but it was also my mistake I Did not read it before I accepted it , And I am sorry , nobody is perfect .
