Everybody was friendly and smiling, making it so easy to be a customer. Their system is very organized, quick, and efficient. My car came out beautiful,and I am very happy with it. They even washed it and cleaned the interior! I will recommend to anyone I know who needs bodywork on their vehicle.

Portland Collision and Sam Nappi were excellent the entire way through, from arranging the rental to explaining what needed to be done to my car and actually completing the work, I have been so happy with every step of the process. And the communication was amazing. I never had to worry about nor knowing what was going on, because they kept me in the loop the entire time.
