The team here is amazing. They were extremely professional and excellent customer service. Quick and painless experience for something that can be very frustrating. There was a younger handsome man in his late 30s with glasses who was extremely helpful along the way and a very pretty Asian woman who was also extremely helpful. The older guy, Rick I think his name was, was very informative even though he looks like it’s time to retire.

The car was supposed to be ready on Nov 7 with multiple text messages (auto generated) saying “on time” up until Nov 6 when the date suddenly moved to “on time for Nov 15” - 8 days later! - with no explanation of the reason for the delay. 8 days is quite a bump forward, but then on Nov 15 I hear nothing all day; pickup was supposed to be 4:00. I had scheduled some warranty work for the next day, Nov 16, which I had to cancel day off - where was the notice to me that the second date was also not going to be met?? Finally I picked up the car on Nov 17. The work appears to be fine but the customer contact and the promise of “letting you know what’s happening every step of the way” is an inconvenient lie!
