Did not appreciate being told the car would "definitely" be ready on a Friday, hearing no communication otherwise, then finding out the car would not be ready on a Tuesday night when I called while on my way to pick it up. Had to then arrange other transportation since I had no way to get home, and missed time with my daughter on her 1st birthday. Plan to raise complaint with GEICO and share with friends in the area. Additionally car took almost 3 weeks for minor damage repairs.

Just one thing. I got the confirmation email to pick up my car too late. Almost five oclock. People work..so.you have to confirm the pick up day and.time.at list a day before.

Initial estimate when brought car in late December was half of what the actual estimate turned out to be. 600 to 700 compared to over 1100. I was told to bring car back on1/9 and that it would take about 3 days. I brought it in early on ****/9 and was not ready until ****/17.
