We are not from Florida and were apprehensive about trusting our car to a repair shop we didn't know. However, the repairs were excellent, fast and we were treated very courteously.
It was also great having representatives from GEICO and Enterprise car rental right on premises.

My only comment to CP is to finish the job the way you start it. The text updates were fabulous. When it was time to pick up the car the text stated I was supposed to get an actual phone call and that never happened. That call would have been helpful to me in terms of coordinating the pick up with my job, spouse, etc. I wouldn't say that the call issue tainted my experience though. I chose CP from the list of body shops because they had done work for me before and I was very pleased with the outcome back then. I do not regret choosing CP at all. The body work and painting were exceptional. I don't remember the owners name, but kudos to him. He seems like a very nice guy, and he's got a great business going.
