I think the car looks good. But they didn't replace the panel under my engine you can still see where the damage is uunderneath. Also my repair was "up to 10 days "became 28

Quite professional & approachable,but additional soiling,wear & tear & nicks noted to car's interior,maybe more mindful where equipment being used in making repair is placed,hands/Gloves are greasy light fabric needs special precautions,lastly,be aware of any soiling/additional damage you cause,own it & make it whole.The vehicle's owner knows in what condition you received their vehicle.Even though I didn't complained about the nicks/scuff marks/additional wear & tear,they were noted.In life we need to choose our battles,& the repair of the damage caused by the accident was more my priority.Remember,we need each other.Thanks again Joe,I appreciate you.
