The adjuster Tim was very professional and caring and so was the rest of the staff. Is so awesome how they also go the extra mile to clean and vacuum my car, I'm thankful for that and the service is excellent. I'm very impress with Classic Bodyworks.

The repairs were done with complete satisfaction. However, the timetable given for doing the repairs was below satisfactory. I was told it could take up to 8-9 days to do the work. Based upon that information, I booked a Non-Refundable Car Reservation to use during the 8-9 days it was estimated to take to do the repairs. Had I been given a more accurate repair schedule, I would not have wasted money on the car rental. It would have been more feasible to have my car scheduled to be worked on a certain day and I would deliver it the day before so that it would not sit around and waiting to be repaired in the 8-9 days. Just had a front fender redone and repainted. All of the work looks very good and was done in a timely matter, but the paint is a little off color.
