I was uncomfortable knowing my vehicle was left unlocked throughout the day, with the keys sitting in the front seat. The first time I visited I was also alarmed that a mechanic simply walked up to me when he noticed me on the lot,saw me looking inside my truck (I wanted to make sure my garage door opener was still in there because I couldn't find it)and just asked if I wanted the keys to the vehicle.didnt ask who i was or for identification. And had the nerve to look confused when i pointed this out to him. this man had never met me or seen me, this was the first time I'd visited, my truck was delivered there on a flatbed towtruck.the bodywork was exceptional and the service was fast considering parts had to be shipped from the mainland. The rental car agency on site made returning the car easy and the GEICO claims adjuster worked out of that very office so there was no running around trying to locate three separate entities. I was satisfied with the experience.
