My Mercury adjuster had sent an email on Tuesday to waive my deductible and that fact hadn’t been checked by Thursday when i picked up my car as I had to pay the deductible. Now I have to wait for my check.

Delivered subpar repair/paint job on lower bumper cover. As a result, shop decided to replace cover instead, which is fine, but upon second delivery, did not finish screwing in the cover. Car was delivered with loose screws. Overall an unsatisfactory experience and will not recommend.

The Service here was awful. I receive my car back tonight and upon initial inspection it looks fine. When I got home it was able to look at in the light there was a half inch gap between my weatherstrip my hood, extremely tacky, cheap, and unprofessional. Not to mention that the lines for the bumper do not match up. Lastly, there were a lot of miles put on my car for the time I dropped it off to the time I received it back. It feels like someone has been driving the car extremely hard and has ruined the shcoks. I will be having my insurance repair job done over again because of your lack of competence to do it right the first time. I told the adjuster that what she was recommending to be fixed was not correct and she responded that she had 25 years experience and essentially told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Well now I’m going to have a mercury claim adjuster look at it because it’s pretty clear I have a better idea than she did as the job is not done right it is extremely sloppy at best. This is ridiculous.
