No one called to set up pick up time when my vehicle was finished. I called two days in a row before anyone called back after having to wait 4 extra days when my car was finished in two days. Which in turn cost me $146 in insurance fees for my rental car. No one went over what was fixed or showed me my car when it was done. Having to wait 6 days when my car was done in two days is really unprofessional.

I really liked the text updates letting me know the progress of the work being done. I had body work done on my car through geico. I submitted the claim through the app so I did not know what to expect. I thought when I was dropping my car off it was for an estimate not for the repair. My only suggestion would be a little more explanation of the process.
