When I first looked at the vehical I told the insurance agent I was not happy with the fit of the hood on the side that was repaired, hood was low on front.
He went back in and got someone I think his name was Sean.
He came out with a chip on his shoulder which instantly aggravated me.
Instead of saying lets take look, I got a dirty look.
All it took was a adjustment to the hood stop. But he proceeded to go on about bad former repairs that were missing clips and other things, including large gaps in hood to left fender, I think you did that in March 2015. Well I thanked him for letting me know how bad your last repairs were as any body work to that vehical were done by you!
Seems some peoples attitudes are better left at home, usually it's better to be thought a fool then open your mouth and prove it!
That 5 minute interaction has me questioning if I would ever avail myself of your business (any part of it) again. Lots of good shops alot closer to home and I'm sure they would appreciate my business.
