I was rear ended. Your tech decided that certain things that broke during the accident didn't really happen. I guess I missed the part where he was right there with me in the accident and saw everything from every angle including underneath my truck and inside the transmission and steering components. I am not pleased at all with my repairs and unless something happens I will never take my truck there again and I will make sure am everyone I know does the same.

The local repair shop at Sanders Ford did a good job repairing my vehicle.
I have some concerns about the quality of the material used for seat frame. This is third time that my vehicle have been in the body shop the same part braking. This vehicle is less than two years old and still under warranty now. I foresee a problem in the future with warranty work after my warranty expired. I am making it known now that this part is made with inferior material and I don't want to have too paid for part and labor in the future because of a problem that I am identifying now. I would like for you to respond in writing to this concern.

I was satisfied with everything but the timing. I dropped my truck off before I went on 2 weeks vacation. I had scheduled for my truck to be painted during this 2 week period three weeks prior to dropping my truck off. I was told that the truck could be painted within that two week period. When I came back from vacation, I learned that they hadn't even started painting my truck. 2 weeks later my truck was done. It was inconvenient driving a rental for those two weeks.
