To whom it may concern: Disappointing, didn't communicate with Customer( me), job was poor, job quote was one price and bottom line was $2,717.89 more than the estimate. Door doesn't line up correctly. Also, scratches on other door that were not repaired. Didn't want to pursue futher, due to the fact my car was there for 3 weeks, not the 5 days I was told. The final result was good but I never received any feedback or even a call to let me know anything about the repair work and when they called to let me know the car was ready they didn't leave a message or anything if I hadn't callled back I wouldn't have known who they were. They were friendly but I feel the infeel like they could have communicated better overall

Overall I was very pleased with the service received. Heather and Kevin were very pleasant and professional. They worked with us to repair the damage under a strict time constraint (car was to leave the area in 10days). Due to said time constraint, the shop was not able to repair scrape damage to one of the rims. The repair person is only available on Mondays and the car would be out of the area by then. Not an issue. Rim can be repaired in December when car is back in the area, and unrelated scrape on another rim can be repaired at the same time (our expense). The only issue we have, and it was not seen at the time of pickup, is that the quarter panel that was repaired is not flush with the surrounding panel(s); it is off maybe ****/4". This does not affect the ability to drive the vehicle and is only apparent close up. I addressed this with Heather and our paperwork was noted; we will seek correction at the time the rims are repaired. Because we have to return for the rims, correcting the panel does not necessitate a separate trip. All parties should have looked more closely, but again, this doesn't affect the drivability of the car. Should I be involved in a Nationwide fender bender again, I will return to Sanders Ford for repair. They've been here a long time and stand behind their work. You are welcome to call to address the matter further, but I feel that a positive resolution was reached during my phone conversations with Heather. Terri H
