Overall , was not bad, repairs looked good, but, took longer than we were told. Was not told wrong part had been ordered had to send back and order correct part. Went to pick up on day was told it would be done and it was not ready , took two more days to finish.

I recommend ensuring the vehicle in-mileage is correct on the paperwork. If I went only off the paperwork, i would think that you drove the vehicle over 200 miles while in your custody. However, I know that it was probably an innocent error.
