The length of time (2 weeks) that I had to wait for my vehicle to be finished was due to the “wrong” part being ordered which delayed the completion of my vehicle. As you can imagine this affected my ability to get to my job for 2 weeks. The communication between the collision and myself could have been a little better during that time as there were moments where I had to call a few times to hear what was going on and why it was taking so long for my vehicle to be completed. I was also suspicious of the increase and change in price of the parts and service. It was a very long process and I really don’t see myself coming back to this location.
