Marcos Collision Center is phenomenal. The customer service I received wass over and above what I expected. From the moment my car was picked up to the weekly status calls I received from Robert. Marcos collision center treated me like a queen. This was not my first accident so I have gone to several collision centers. I have never been treated so VERY well.
My first visit I expected to spend at least 2-3 hours getting an estimate and getting a rental.
With Marcos it took almost exactly one hour from start to finish. That is truly remarkable.
The car was finished by the end of the next day!! Again that never happens.
Marcos called and told me my car would be ready by 4:00. I asked if I could pick it up the next morning because I was ill and did not want to get out of bed to drive over there.
They said they would deliver my car to me!!! Not only deliver my car but take my rental car back.
This is amazing.
