Delta did an amazing job with my Metromile collision repair. They were super responsive and when I originally called the list of preferred collision mechanics my insurance approved, they were the only ones who made it a priority to look over my car ASAP because I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. I highly recommend them over any other collision repair center in the area, even if there is one 20 min closer.

Delta had repeatedly communicated to me over text and voicemail that my car would be ready on February 2. As recently as the Monday of that week, Jan 29, it was confirmed that my car would be ready on February 2. I had to leave town for work on Monday, and on Tuesday, January 30 I received a call that my car had to be picked up. Immediately. Unfortunately I was not able to get back in town and pick up the car until Thursday, January ****. This means that the insurance company has now held me responsible for the rental car rental fees for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week. If Delta had informed me that there was a chance that the car would need to be picked on an earlier date I would have made other arrangements. I hate paying out-of-pocket for part of a Repair that wasn’t even my fault due to a miscommunication from Delta. Other than that I had a positive experience. It would mean a lot if you called the insurance company and worked this out.

I submitted a survey response earlier. The shop overlooked an area of damage that I asked about when the vehicle was delivered. This caused a significant delay in the work. The status updates slowed after the original report. Other than that, I was pleased with the work.
