My overall experience was good. But asking if I was "completely" satisfied is a tall order. What matters is my car was completed beautifully and I appreciate that. The lack of updates and communication during the process was frustrating. I didn't know anything unless I called and the completion date was moved like 5 times - which I only found out each time because I called to see what was going on. I also got my car back with enough gas to literally drive 8 miles which was NOT cool.

The folks at Delta were very accommodating and easy to deal with. The work was done beautifully and the car was thoroughly cleaned when I picked it up. They are an official Geico auto body shop since the guy who hit my Ford Edge was insured by Geico and the repair was going through his insurance. Delta also has an in-house car rental agent so the loaner was processed through Delta as well which made the repair process even easier. The repair took a bit longer than the initial estimate but I had a free loaner so that was a non issue for me and considering post covid supply and workforce issues that are plaguing all businesses, I was very happy that I got my SUV back when I did. I absolutely recommend Delta. Very professional and very nice people from the front desk to the shop!
