All work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality seems to have restored it to new condition. The only downside was I had to remind the agent helping me 3 separate times to charge the vehicle as I was getting critical battery alerts. Being this shop specializes in Tesla it should be known the battery will need charging over time sitting idle. I am just hoping it didn't suffer damage going below 5%. I would certainly reach out first to you again should I ever need help with either of our Tesla's. Thank you!

I previously had a great experience with your shop, which is why I returned. Communication was terrible this time. You had my car for over a month for a dent in the door. The car was completely drivable. I was told you were waiting on parts and then nothing for two weeks, until I physically drove there and was told that they had magically just arrived after supposedly your shop received damaged parts twice and had to return them, causing the delay. But, I was never told you received damaged parts twice. I thought the whole two weeks you were waiting on parts I could have ordered on Amazon. The delays caused me to exceed my rental allowance from my insurance agency and I ended up paying $400 more out of pocket.

Your customer service is literally the opposite of what your recording (that I listened to ad nauseum while on hold trying desperately to reach someone who would give me the status of our car) cheerfully lists your values and literally we did not experience one.
