The work was done well, the people were professional but I was not happy having to pay more than what the insurance company covered. There should be more transperancy regarding the charge vs what insurance was willing to pay. I was caught between the insurance co saying you were charging too much and you saying the insurance company was not paying enough! Why is it that the consumer is left holding the bag and caught in the middle. Really not fair.
