My car was involved in a minor accident and I asked for an estimate on mechanical issues only. Your company gave an estimate with cosmetic estimates and then would not perform just the mechanical repairs. This was against my wishes from the minute I walked through the inspection with your company. I am the customer and I was 100% dissatisfied with your service. Additionally, when I arranged to have the car towed to another facility, your company had dismantled the front edge of my car, which was not damaged at all in the accident. You charged my insurance company over $700 for this, which was unnecessary in that part of the process. Your company also did not put those parts with the car when it was removed from your property. 100% dissatisfied.
