Although one never wants to have to deal with an auto body shop, this is my second experience with North Haven Auto Body, and I am just as pleased this time around as the first time. They do an excellent job of keeping the customer informed durng all phases of the work.

Job was done efficiently and in time frames stated. Car did not blow up after I took delivery, nor did I end up with a backpack of parts when it was done. Diana (my primary contact) and the other customer service staff were excellent in communication and their eagerness to help and friendly nature was only made the process easy to tolerate (No one wants to be without their car). Charged for work that wasn’t completed (a/c condenser) paint defect in door jamb, under hood different color than original, door that was taken off has scratches it didn’t have before. Still waiting for a/c condenser to be installed, no update or timeline on when part will be delivered.

It was challenging to figure out who was waiting on what with insurance. It would be helpful to received an update when a request to insurance for additional items was made, and the planned schedule. I had to call my insurance agency multiple times to get them to show up.
