Took three tries to get my vehicle repaired.
Picked it up the first time and there was adhesive in good and a scratched and bent trim piece.
Second time I went to pick up even though trim wasn’t fixed. Driver side mirror didn’t work. Had to get back in a rental car again.
Third time was the charm and it was ready to go. Would have preferred that there was someone doing quality assurance before notifying me my car was ready. Repair in the end appears good

Already discussed concerns with owner. The car was returned in terrible condition on the inside. It looked like a tornado had blown through. I’m not sure why the inside had even been touched, but my trunk supplies (I’m a home care nurse) had been thrown into the front and rear seats and were also thrown on top of the vinyl trunk cover. In fact when I opened the rear lift door, they all fell out onto the ground. I appreciate the owner and his son’s willingness to fix the interior damage and clean the dirty hand prints left behind but my car should not have been returned in that condition.

It looks great! The only annoyance was that
I was told it would probably be ready two days early, and then one day early, but it was actually just finished on time, which is good, but it was slightly annoying to be trying to arrange my schedule on two previous days in case I needed to pick up the car. It would have been better to just give me the final date.
