I brought my car in to Mastercraft to have it repaired. And while it was there a clip on the passenger side door the cover inside the door to hide the screw was broken off. A picture was taken so the part can be ordered. I heard nothing else about it to this very day. And also my car was returned back to Me Filthy with dust all the inside. The back seats folded down and all my things thrown in the back hatch. I did not drop my car off like that and I should not have had it returned to me in that matter. So no I am not satisfy with Mastercraft service. And the clip was supposed to been ordered and I have not heard anything from Mastercraft for me to come back in for it to be fix what was broken while my car been repaired. Sincerely disappointed.

Absolutely atrocious service. Couldn’t finish the final buff on my fenders the first time, ended up taking them to be re-done the second time and my composite hood was damaged. Manager has no idea what customer satisfaction means.
