Vehicle was delivered to me late. Consequently, I was not able to use it over the weekend. Even though the vehicle was known that it was going to be late. I wasn't contacted that it was going to be late. I would I did pick it up one of the tires had low tire pressure. It looks like the actual repair work was done confidently. But overall, it was not a positive experience. I understand that The Body Shop was short staffed at the time. However. There could have been better communication and my experience would have been vastly different.
