They were rude. Took me late to drop off my car. Called at 4 pm saying my car was ready even though they closed at 5pm. The only car they had to rent to me was terrible...still used a key. There was no other option. There was also no heat in the building. Everone working there had on their winter coat, hat, and gloves. Man from Lamon was just plain creepy. I have no other way to descibe it. I will never take my car here again.
