I was able to make a quick appointment and they did a terrific job of repairing the car. It looks like new. Plus the staff were very congenial and they called me to give me updates. Great experience

Repair itself was great, met all expectations. Customer experience was lacking. Was not contacted when repairs continued to run longer than expected. Original estimate for services was 10 days from the time the car was stripped down, 6 days from when vehicle was received on site. Actual date of completion was 37th day of possession. Car interior was dirty. Not a huge deal. The young lady told me that I needed a new battery upon pickup of the vehicle. I replaced the battery in May via AAA. I drove the vehicle without any issues for a couple of weeks prior to choosing your shop. This was disappointing.

When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we noticed what looked like a “sloppy” paint job. Paint on the black trim of my bumper, the inside of my truck was a disaster. We were quite shocked by the way my car was left. My car is brand new, we expected it to look as such, upon receiving repairs. We’ve taken many cars to Faith and we know their quality and what to expect. And a good note, Faith did rectify the situation and cleaned up everything we requested. It was just more of an inconvenience, after being without my vehicle for 2 weeks.
