The initial work was fine but when we arrived to pick up our van, we noticed that damage had occurred to the front bumper while on your lot. You did repair this damage but that delayed pick up. The total repair was very satisfactory but the delay was not appreciated.

Need to work on quality control. I return to your shop because I was told my deductable would be waived because I was a return customer. You did not waive my deductible. I will not be a return customer. The QC problem I can deal with but what I will not put up with is someone telling me something then going back on their word.
