I was happy with the customer service. Pat is great, as well as Jill. Everyone was very friendly. I'm not happy that there was an issue with my car (even it the issue was unrelated to the accident that caused the damage) and when I called to ask about it, there was nothing that they knew. When I came back the next day there was an issue with the spark plugs and they were aware of the codes from the diagnostic they ran. It was very upsetting. I understand the issue is not the fault of the body shop, but it was upsetting to wait 3 weeks for my car, pick it up, and it shaking without any answers.
