I’m very dissatisfied with my car coming back to me very dirty inside with lots of dust and the ceiling covered in dirt marks as well as dirty seats. A dent was also not fixed. There were so many delays in getting it back to me that caused a lot of stress on me and my schedule as well as my husband since he actually took off work early one of the times it was supposed to be ready. And after having my car for over three weeks, it looks like care wasn’t taken and it was a rush job. I was so happy with the work the last time I had it fixed here but this time unfortunately was the opposite ????.

I came in without an insurance claim and just needed a liner replaced. But due to an earlier accident it seemed impossible to repair it correctl. Yet Mike's auto body handled my problem and made sure it was fixed properly so the front bumper wouldn't drag down and pull the liner out. But Mike and Sean made sure that it was fixed correctly. I appreciate both of then, this process was a lot easier because of the whole team at Mike's auto body shop.

I took my car in for window replacement and glass REMOVAL and yet there is still glass on the rear passenger seats, especially on the side of impact. I'm sure the Liberty Mutual insurance would cover that. Otherwise, I could have filed a "glass replacement only" claim if I only wanted the window replaced. I hope the shop corrects this.

Honestly feel the job was rushed. Completely missed the repair to the driver's side rear quarter panel, there is overspray all over my windshield. Front alignment seems to be off and is rubbing forward and backward. Please give me a call so we can arrange for me to get these repairs addressed. New truck should not come back with overspray all over the windshield and wheel wells... in my honest opinion. Scott ****-****-xxxx
