One thing that was not very friendly, was when I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday, 2/6/18 around 5:45pm, the receptionist wasn't very accommodating, or just friendly at all. When one has been in an accident, it would be nice if there was a person nice enough to just try to make it easier on the one who was in accident. If it wasn't for my technician who over heard my distress and took care of me right away no butts. Thank you.
