BRENNAN AND JACOB DID ALL THEY COULD TO KEEP MY FRONT BUMPER REPAIR ON THEIR PROMISED SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION AND IN FACT DID COMPLETE THE REPAIR ON MY 2009 TOYOTA PRIUS ON SCHEDULE. A MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT BUMPER GRILL WAS CORRECTED AFTER I RETURNED THE CAR AFTER SERVICE AND BRENNEN HAD JACOB AND HIS TECHS PULL OUT THE FRONT BUMPER GRILL TO BE EVEN WITH THE REST OF THE FRONT BUMPER GRILL. THIS ADJUSTMENT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND BRENNEN WORKED ME INTO THE ABRA AUTO BODY SCHEDULE WITHOUT AND APPOINTMENT. IT WAS A QUICK FIX AND I WAITED IN THE SHOP WHILE THE FRONT BUMPER GRILL ADJUSTMENT WAS COMPLETED BY JACOB AND HIS AUTO BODY TECHNICIANS

The mechanical work was so far flawless, I just got it back Saturday July 7, 2018. There are a few cosmetic issues that I'm not happy with. They had to take off and reinstall the rear window, and left the tape residue on both the car and window. There were also some green reside left on my rear bumper that a cant get off. The paint job was really good except for a spot on the top of my car that looks like a drop of clear coat that wasn't fixed. Over all mechanical 10 stars so far, overall cosmetic 5 stars.
