Overall, the experience and quality seem good. The updates and customer service were superb. The only thing I would say, is try to firm up completion estimates. While this is difficult to achieve because of parts and unforeseen circumstances, I was only able to assume when it would be done based on the updates. Overall, excellent work.

My main complaint was a couple days after my car was taken in for repairs the shop called me saying that my car may be done that afternoon. The repairman said they would call that afternoon to let me know either way. I never received a call that afternoon.
