The quality of the work done by Abra was flawless. To quote another company’s motto-“Like it never happened.” In my case, the bumper was even better looking than before it happened.
I believe the time of the repair was proper. Within a day after getting the last part in, the car was finished.
I waould like to give a special shout out to my Abra contact person Xavier. He kept me informed as to the progress of the repair, which is an often neglected service. Additionally, we had a bit of a glitch. No sooner did I leave the parking lot than a warning appeared telling me that there was a “hybrid system failure “, & that I should stop the car. I drove back to Abra & showed the message to Xavier. Without a moment’s hesitation, he said he would take the car to the Toyota dealer to solve the problem. He then offered to give me a ride home in his car. The next day he called to tell me that the issue was fixed & my car was ready. Two thumbs up for superb service!
