The car looks like new. We appreciated receiving picture and text updates throughout the repair process. I was also impressed with how quickly it was fixed. They even offered to drop it off at our house, since we weren't able to arrange pick up the day it was finished. The following day I did notice the back windshield wiper wasn't working and they came to my office to correct the issue. Quick and attentive service. Thanks!

Stupid text messages were not appreciated. "Your Ford is happy because we are taking good care of it"...
Your text that car was finished and ready for picukpup at 7:30AM was WRONG! It was not ready until 4:30PM so trying to schedule pickup early in the day was a waste of time.
