The work just wasn't as good as I had hoped. There is a defect in the paint, and the fender shape isn't matched to the other side of the car, even after bringing it back in to be tweaked. I know body work is hard to get perfect, but I think it is a pretty sub-par repair, and I would look elsewhere in the future.

This is my second time having auto body work completed. Each time the work was prompt, excellent, and the price was fair and reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional. Chantilly Auto Body was recommended by Mercedes Benz of Chantilly to make repairs on a leased vehicle before my trade in. The gentleman that repaired my BMW was fast and friendly.

I am a single mom with special needs.. I drive a minivan that is modified for me to drive from my wheelchair. The crew at Chantilly Autobody have been able to maneuver through the various assistive modifications to my van to make repairs as needed through the years. When I was backed into in 2017, damaged my right side in 2019 and needed a rear window and latch replaced in 2020. All repairs were done with authentic Chrysler parts, fair prices and excellent service. They are a wonderful crew who go above and beyond to meet all my needs. I love those guys!! I highly recommend this shop!!!

Seemed to be a hiccup in the estimate submission to USAA and in getting the parts from the dealership. I'm sure these are one offs as my experience two years ago on another vehicle had no issues. To me, if these are my only "complaints" (quotes inserted on purpose) we're all doing great.
