Have been using CAB for years. At pickup there was a wire hanging from under the dash. The person who delivered the truck abruptly told my brother not your problem they did not go near the dash. Except you did to test and try to find a seatbelt fault. Turns out after taking truck to a Ford dealership it was the cable to hook to the test set and whoever tested for the seatbelt fault did not put it back. Instead of helping my brother whoever delivered they truck took a defensive not our problem position. Wrong for any customer especially for one who has made you 1st choice

Truck was given back with dirt in the clear coat. It was fixed the same day. The compound and DA used to cut the dirt left the clear coat hazy so I brought it back and it was fixed that day. Jerel and Carol did a wonderful job ensuring I was satisfied. I’m concerned about the longevity of the clear coat after the compound to a fresh clear coat but I should have a lifetime warranty. Thank you Jerel and Carol for taking care of me!

Communication on the day of pickup could have been better, but the team worked together to get me my car so I wasn’t late for my doctor’s appointment. Seemed like whoever was responsible for my car that day left the premises without clearing it and wasn’t answering his phone. Bottom line, though, I got it when I needed it! Thank you!
