The customer service is awful! I did not receive a call until 13 days after my car was ready! Then the lady I spoke with lied and said they called on the day it was due to be ready. The next thing I know, the rental car lady said oh they show they called 7 days after the car was ready. I never received that 'call' either and I had to pay extra for a rental. I will NEVER use this company again and will strongly suggest others not to.
