The ENTIRE ordeal was a nightmare! Geico and Mike **** included!! Was told at least 3 times of not more that it would be finished only to be told after calling over and over, that it has been pushed back for one thing or another. Even something as minute as “ forgetting quote to order the sensors for the front bumper. Phone calls were rarely returned. Rarely was I able to get a hold of the person that apparently I was supposed to talk to because no one else there could tell me anything. Just a complete cluster.....

Every person I had contact with via phone and in person was very professional and truly seem to care about my needs. I'm pleased with the work that was done to my vehicle and timing was perfect. Also being able to get a rental car from the same location was very convenient. The 2 people with Enterprise I dealt with very professional. Not **** time did I have to call to find out about my car because through text and calls you kept me updated. Nikki is awesome and the young lady that handles the front reception area is graceful. 90% of the repairs were done properly but the plastic piece in the fender well was either not replaced when it needed to be or was not properly secured after repairs were made to the front end of my truck. I didn't even make it to my house in lumberton from yalls shop and it came loose and began hitting the tire making a loud racket. I would like this problem resolved if possible.

Lack of communication and completion expectations were not met. Then it wasn’t until I mentioned that I would like to speak with management that my vehicle was prioritized. When I did pick up the manager didn’t think it was important to speak to me. I will not recommend this business to my friends or colleagues

I have overspray all over the left front of my car that is white it iOS on the left front lense also on the left front tire rim and the front left corner panel there is a flat spot in the paint on the rear passenger quarter panel in the paint it appears the trim piece on the rear passenger door is messed up and looks flat
