Thank you to everyone who helped me with my van. I was rear ended on 5-26-17 after getting the police report I took it on Thursday 6-****-!7 and the staff was excellent! They helped me with insurance claims and getting me a rental. And went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and got my van back today! Monday the 5th! Keep up the excellent work!

The job was very well done, in fact my son's Jeep was swiped by a hit and run yesterday so I'm sending him to you. But, however, when someone comes to pick up their vehicle you should take them out to their vehicle to go over it. Don't just hand them their keys and say good bye and point to it. Just sayin!

Was very pleased, but i did find loose bolts on bumper that had not been tightened.
I used bumper for leverage when looking under vehicle & bumper moved, I tightened bolts & all is well.
I will be back of course, I only use cobb toyota for my services & always recommend them.

I have repaired my car there before. This time, when I first walked in the store there were 3 men and not one turned around and acknowledged me. Not even 3 minutes later an older lady walks in and someone got up right away and assisted her. Not until people started walking in one of the representatives noticed I was just standing there and asked me if I needed help. Once I told him what I needed he called the person who is supposed to be helping me. And even though the representative who assisted me was very nice. I felt like he did not take his time to explain to me what will be done and explained to me what are the steps on getting a car rental. Then the day they call me to let me know my car is ready, I checked out my car and noticed that one door was not closed all the way. I also had a red rag in my back seat. As if someone started cleaning my car but didn't finish. I am highly disappointed. I've never had this issue before.
