I had doubts at the beginning of this experience, since I haven't had to deal with anything like this before (last car accident I had was 20 years ago and my parents took care of the repairs), but I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of any transaction or interaction, the amount of communications, the personal touch shown to us for our situation, and the final result. Thank you so much! Me and the baby are so happy to have air conditioning again! My front bumper looks great as well. AND, I didn't expect my car to be washed and vacuumed, I'm so grateful because that's something I never get around to. Thank you for the additional courtesy of bringing my car to me and my newborn baby. It's hard for us to get out if the house. I am very impressed with your service, best auto shop I've ever been to! Work is good but Communication is not good. You guys Pay more Attention to Insurance company You should tell your customer how is works. We could have work done after their insurance company contacted you. We shouldn't have to pay 500 in advance and then wait for a check back from our insurance. You guys are good but you guys scared of Insurance company I'm going to think twice before coming to your shop again. I will have a talk with my insurance company about this as well. I'm sure a lot of people go through this and sometimes get in trouble. We ended up paying for extra days to rental car because of this confusion. Your first priority should be to let the customer know how deduction works. And that they should wait till its okay from both insurance so they don't have to pay from their pocket I'm going to add this comment on yelp as well so future customers know because sometimes people don't have money to pay. I am glad we had the deductible amount available. But not everybody has 500 sitting in that account and extra 150 for rental car.

There was an issue with the underside of the front skirt on the car and when my husband took the car back in to have it fixed he was told that all cars had piece hanging down. My husband then went underneath the car and pushed the hanging piece back into place and noticed a hole that was meant for a screw to hold the piece in place. It was ripped and that was why it was hanging down. My husband was again told it was normal. My husband said he told the service worker he would go home and fix it himself. :(

They put the emblem on the wrong place on the car. It does not look good. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry. The XLE Emblem does not belong where they put it above The right tail light. It belongs on the right trunk Panel to the left of the tail light.

The front right mudguard needs to be replaced since I can still see the point of impact from the accedent that I had. The vehicle interior was full of pain dust.
