Great fast and kind service

First of all, when I picked up my car after 2 weeks. This guy Mike just handed over the keys to me and just go over their warranty and gave me some usual statement. Mike didn't even go over the repairs they've done with my Fiat 500 expecting me to just drive away. I did my own quick quality check and since it was raining outside it was difficult to do a complete inspection. After I did my initial inspection, I found out there was a warning light on my dashboard that tells me that one of the lights on the number is not working at the same time my windshield wiper in the back was just randomly turns on and off without me doing anything on the control. I immediately came back in the front desk and had to wait till somebody had the time to talk to me. When Rick came out and check it another guy came out and check what's wrong with it and they brought it back in and fix it. The problem was fixed and I drove away. When I got home and looked at the front bumper of my car which they replaced and repainted I was very disappointed how crappy the paint job was. The paint had some waves that looked like bubbles and it doesn't completely matched the color of my Fiat 500, it was darker. I will definitely talk to Rick regarding this but my concern is how long it will take them to fix this problem. Usually paint jobs takes more than a day to finish and we don't have a car and will end up renting one. I will contact my insurance Geico to tell them what happened and my complaint regarding this shop. I actually regret going back to this shop, I didn't learn my lesson when I went there last year to have them fixed my Toyota 4Runner, which I had to come back because they didn't install one of the parts correctly which they were able to fixed but if I didn't do my due diligence to inspect it, then it would have not been fixed because the problem was underneath the car and I had to crawl down to be able to have found it. That was the first problem, we still have to go back again and have them test the 4Runner because there is a noise coming out from the engine that they have to fix as part of the warranty. I will definitely call my insurance company to tell them my complaints on this. The inconvenience is something that this shop has to consider on my part because if they did their job correctly the first time I don't have to go back and waste my time on getting them to fix my cars. I just hope Corona auto body take this seriously and consider the fact that they're wasting my time and effort of having to go back and wait again until they do their work correctly.

This company is very professional, prompt, and is on top of customer service. I highly recommend this company whether they are using an insurance claim or paying out of pocket. A

Missing parts and the paint it's no a good job

Everyone was nice and professional. Jorge was great and took the time to answer any questions I had. They also kept me up to date on the status of my repairs during the entire process and that definitely help put my mind at ease. Their estimated completion time was spot on. The repairs look fantastic. Great service all around.
